Epic hero whose 8★ bleed settlement completes the Cleo and Thor combination
- PvP
Tier 2 in Arena at 8★. Stacked bleed raises elemental damage, but she rates a tier below Wukong 5★.
- PvE
Tier 2 at 8★. Bleed +50% on burning or poisoned enemies and instant settlement on lightning or ice hits shorten late boss clears.
- Performance
8★ instant settlement is effectively the starting point. In Cleo 5★ + Phynx 8★ + Thor 5★, fire (burn) and lightning (settlement) interlock well.
Bleed only starts from elemental damage, so it does nothing without elemental runes. The 1/4/7★ crit rate +2% applies to every mode.
- Shards
Sourced from the Arena shop (5,400 pts per shard) and the battle pass (50 shards). With 8★ as the goal, weigh her against Seraph for priority.
Stars
Mix sand into the elements. Elemental DMG inflicts [Bleed], dealing 15% Bleed DMG every 0.15s
Every 10 Bleed hits increases Elemental DMG by 5% for 5s (Max 5 stacks)
Against Burning or Poisoned enemies, +50% Bleed DMG dealt. Their Burn and Poison debuffs also tick 20% faster
If enemy takes Lightning or Ice DMG, all remaining Bleed ticks are resolved instantly
