Tier 5. Move speed +10% makes bullets easier to dodge in early chapters, but he is not used once your build is established.

Performance

2★ doubles gust damage and is the practical range. The 1/4/7★ move speed +2% applies to every mode.

The Shinobill skin summons a clone with 35% of max HP below 20% HP to spread aggro.

Included in the free PvE resonance (Nyanja, Thor + Rolla/Dracoola/Cleo), but it is not a tiered combination.
